"Very convenient location as it is just located next to the Zhuhai-Macau customs. Great hotel to stay if you're intending to visit Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, but the hotel is quite a distance from the other Zhuhai attractions (e.g. Zhuhai Port Shopping Plaza, Zhuhai Fisher Girl, etc) Hotel entrance is located to the right of the main exit of Hengqin Port Shopping Mall, but can be hard to find initially as it is not prominent. Breakfast at TownSquare cafe (level 5) is above average, but the food...

"My booking was including a double sleeping sofa but the room I got had none so I had to change the room. Finally all good, very new and well decorated, central. Should have more than 2.5 stars"

"It’s NOT AN OCEAN VIEW ROOM. Otherwise, it good though. The room is big with a bath tub in it. Service is good. There is a restaurant serving Cantonese cuisine on 29th floor. "

"My stay on April 10 was quite unpleasant due to leakage in the bathroom of Room no 1420. Incredibly lucky this time, I came across the same problem in Room number 1722. The problem has been brought to the attention of the GSM, Ms Amanda who has been found helpful and efficient in dealing with my complaint. I believe the hotel should further check and make efforts in prevention of any recurrence. Nevertheless, thanks to Amanda for her good customer caring efforts."
